Shipping policy

All items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class recorded unless otherwise specified, which will require a signature upon receipt. Please note, all orders are made within 3-5 working days, please allow an extra 1-3 days beyond this timescale to account for shipping times.

Please note, special delivery only guarantees that your order is delivered the day after it is shipped. The 3-5 working day turnaround time still applies on these orders.

If your order is urgent, send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate requests. However, this is dependant on how many orders we have to fulfil that week.
